I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Laguna Niguel,Irvine, Newport Coast, Newport Beach, Orange County, Tustin, Mission Viejo, Aliso Viejo, Corona Del Mar,and Laguna Beach. I have been serving clients in these areas for over 25 years.
I am Five Star rated. Five Star is a service program focused on technology, ongoing training, and a rating system for Realtors.
I served many years on the Grievance Committee of the Orange County Board of Realtors, a committee dedicated to maintaining the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors.
I have a GRI Certification and am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation held by fewer than 8% of Realtors. The purpose of obtaining these designations is to better serve my clients.
Personal
I was born and raised in Saskatchewan, Canada but have lived most of my life in California. My college degree is in Nursing, a profession I enjoyed for 15 years as a Critical Care nurse.
The transition to Real Estate was an easy one since Real Estate, like Nursing, is a people business. I feel that it is as a result of really caring about my clients that 90% of my business is from my referral base. I promise to give you the same caring level of service. | |
